We work together for the benefit of our own families as well as the occupants of the properties that we are privileged to protect. We all know that fire sprinkler systems are the most effective means of protecting lives and property and we take a great deal of pride in the fact that what we do every day is a positive contribution to the society in which we live.

• Fire Protection Design Engineers w/ AutoCAD & HydraCAD Experience

We are licensed to work in Maryland, Virginia, Louisiana and California where sprinkler contractor licensing is required. The District of Columbia and the states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Texas, where contractor licensing is not the law, are also locations for vast numbers of Livingston projects. International activity has taken place in Paris, France, Bonn Germany, San Salvador, El Salvador and Moscow.

Sprinkler Layout/Design Technician

We have immediate availabilities for NICET Certified Fire Protection Engineer/Sprinkler Layout Technician. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience. Excellent salary and benefits based on experience/certifications. Career, management and advancement opportunities available based on successful track record.
